Since 2022, we've also opened a literary Coffee Shop on Rue des Saints-Pères, Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, in a former bookstore, preserving its spirit and ambiance, offering dine-in and take-out options, savory and sweet, blending past and present, here and elsewhere, mindful of our Earth and exploring the flavors of tomorrow.
