Guided by our French-trained chefs, you’ll learn to master choux techniques: piping with accuracy, achieving the perfect bake, and crafting éclairs and choux as refined as those found in a boutique pâtisserie. From filling to glazing to decoration, each step is designed to build your confidence and reveal the artistry behind these iconic pastries.
