We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our first U.S. location, right in the heart of Soho.

Starting this March, Maison Fleuret will offer hands-on French pastry and viennoiserie classes, just like in our Parisian ateliers, celebrating the beloved classics of French baking.

To welcome you, we imagined three immersive rooms inspired by childhood memories and the French art de vivre, spaces designed to make you feel transported, to learn, create, and share in a warm, joyful atmosphere.

Building on the success of our Paris experience, where we have welcomed thousands of guests from around the world, our hands-on courses in pastry, bread, and viennoiserie are led by professional French chefs and designed for all levels, from complete beginners to passionate home bakers. Using authentic recipes and high-quality French ingredients, we make the techniques approachable, joyful, and deeply rewarding.

Learn to master croissants and pain au chocolat, éclairs and choux, delicate macarons, artisan bread, Napoleon, Paris-Brest, or the perfect tarte au citron meringuée.

For adults and children alike, it’s more than a class, it’s a delicious experience. Leave with new skills, confidence, and the ability to recreate French classics at home to impress (and delight) the whole family.
